Pop Rivets are mainly used when access to the joint is only available from one side. Pop Rivets are tubular and are supplied with a mandrel (nail) through the center. The rivets is placed in a predrilled hole parts which needs to be joined and a specially designed tool is used to draw the mandrel into the rivet. This expands the blind end of the rivet and the mandrel snaps. A tight joint formed by the rivet body remains.most of the sizes are customized according to the customer requirement , the standard sizes are  3.2 x 8 mm , 3.2  x 11 mm , 4.0 x 10 mm ….
